Unique and deadly technique for stick worm rigging.  The stainless steel ball bearing swivel allows the willow blade to flicker with the slightest movement.  On the fall, or with just light bumps of the rod the bait will come to life.  When use with a burning worm or speed worm technique the flash and sonic signature will attract strikes like crazy.  Stop the bait mid-retrieve and the slight additional weight of the rig in tail will cause the bait to sink horizontally or slightly backwards.  This is an action that will drive fish into violent strikes.
